Brief
Rift invited Sagittarius to develop a digital marketing strategy to increase conversions online. The brief was to refresh the website by reviewing the key messaging, user journey, design and functionality of the website. Rift set a target of generating 2,000 additional conversions.
Solution
Sagittarius identified that the primary audience is employees in the Construction industry, with a potential in a secondary market of people working in the Sports sector e.g. trainers and footballers.
Sagittarius segmented and profiled the audiences by identifying key messages and developing a targeting strategy (including new focus on professional sports, armed services, employers etc). The messaging focussed on the key benefit of an increase in income with a few hours spent completing their tax paperwork.
The Information Architecture stage played a critical phase of the project where Sagittarius defined the user journey and developed interactive wireframe prototypes for each of the key pages. This stage culminated in the creation of a functional specification.
In addition, Sagittarius offered website support offline and online marketing activity. Rift website administrators are able to populate content through the new Content Management System. Online marketing strategy involved six months full PPC/SEO and six months consultancy.
Additional offline services offered included, Press Advertising and PR; Sponsorship and an E-Newsletter.
