User Experience (UX) Planning is the art and science of creating user experiences based on research, profiling and use case development. It's the art of combining scientific, psychological and behavourial principles using the art of design, language and experience.

It's about recognising your target audience and creating experiences that are right for them. As part of this process research will be undertaken, competitor and 'best in show' sites will be analyzed, user groups may be formed and market research may be completed in order to make sure that the digital experience that we create for your customer (target audience) is right for them and right for you.

Getting the user experience (UX) right should be absolutely paramount to your website project. At Sagittarius Digital we take a holistic approach to website development focusing not on just the technical side or just the search engine optimisation side as having a well functioning and highly visible website are just two parts of a larger equation. The final piece of the website triumvirate is user experience.
